Site photos, measurements, inspections and pickups at an address
Record a task that needs a person at a place: photographs, measurements, a condition check, a retail audit or a document pickup, by a date.
What it is for
Remote buyers, lenders, landlords and software agents increasingly need something confirmed in the physical world: that a storefront is open, that equipment is where a seller says it is, that a sign is installed, what a room measures, or that a document is collected from an office. The task is small and local but must be done by a date and returned as evidence. This records the task, place, deadline and evidence required so that demand for physical verification, and the price it bears, can be studied.
Remote buyers checking a seller's goods, lenders and lessors confirming collateral, property managers, brands auditing retail placement, and AI agents that need a human step in the physical world.
What happens to a request
The task, place and deadline are recorded as given. No one is sent or hired, and no one is contacted about your task. If you leave a contact and a person or service able to do the task at that place can be identified, a reply may come; it is not promised. Give a business or public address, never a private person's home. Contact details are stored apart from the requirement and deleted after 180 days.
What you get
A receipt with the request's identifier, the fields we could not match (photographs, measurements or a visit report are never produced here), and a plain statement of what happens next.
Scope and limits
United States; other places are recorded as stated.
- Nothing is performed and no one is sent; this records the requirement.
- Tasks that involve watching, following, photographing or identifying private individuals are never acted on.
- Licensed inspections (building code, home, insurance) are recorded only as a stated need.
What you can specify
- the task and the evidence to return
- the business or public address
- the deadline and the number of visits
- whether access has been arranged with the site
