Warehouse, cold storage, industrial and office space
Record a space requirement: type, square feet, market, lease term, start date and the features the space must have.
What it is for
A business expanding, relocating or adding a distribution point needs space of a given type and size in a given market from a given date: dock doors and clear height for a warehouse, freezer capacity for cold storage, power for light industrial use. Short-term and small-bay space is hard to find through listings. This records the space, market, term and timing so that which requirements go unmet, and the rents tenants would pay, can be studied.
Operations and real estate managers at growing companies, third-party logistics firms adding capacity, importers needing overflow storage, and agents searching for them.
What happens to a request
The space requirement is recorded as given. No property is offered, shown or leased, no landlord, tenant or broker is contacted, and no one represents you here. Representing a party in a lease for pay is licensed real estate brokerage in Texas, for one, and no such licence is held here. If you leave a contact, a reply may come with public information you can act on yourself; it is not promised. Contact details are stored apart from the requirement and deleted after 180 days.
What you get
A receipt with the request's identifier, the fields we could not match (a property, an address or an asking rent is never supplied here), and a plain statement that no one is introduced and what may follow.
Scope and limits
United States; other markets are recorded as stated.
- No space is offered, shown or leased; this records the requirement.
- Regulated: Texas defines a broker to include a person who negotiates a lease for another for compensation and bars acting as one without a licence; other states have their own rules. No licence is held here, so no property, landlord or tenant is introduced.
- A rent you state is recorded as your budget, not offered to any landlord.
Regulated activity: Representing a party in a lease for compensation is licensed real estate brokerage in many US states; Texas, for example, includes negotiating a lease for another person for pay in its definition of a broker and bars acting as a broker without a licence. No licence is held here. Not done here: introducing a property, landlord or tenant.
