## What it is for

Many real needs fall between categories: a specific material in a specific place by a date, a document no registry publishes, a capacity nobody advertises. This records such a requirement in a structure (what, how much, where, when, at what budget) so that unmet needs can be studied and, where a supplier or a working service can be found, answered.

Anyone, or any agent acting for someone, whose need does not match a listed service.

## What happens to a request

Your requirement is recorded as you give it. Nothing is arranged, brokered or bought on your behalf and no one is contacted about it. If you leave a contact and we can identify a supplier or a working service, we may reply; a reply is not promised. Contact details are stored apart from the requirement and deleted after 180 days.

## What you get

A receipt with the request's identifier, the fields we could not match to any listed service, and a plain statement of what happens next.

## Scope and limits

Anywhere.

- No fulfilment is offered; this records the requirement.
- Regulated services (insurance, lending, money transmission, legal advice) are recorded only as a stated need, never solicited or acted on.
